The Diamond Jubilee celebrations are underway in Cobham with the major events happening this coming weekend (Sun 3rd and Mon 4th June).

On Sunday 3rd June there will be a "Big Lunch" at the Cobham Recreation Ground which will also see the Cobham Rec' become a Queen Elizabeth II Playing Field. There will be lots of fun atcivites for all the family and a "Big Screen" so you won't miss the River Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant. Click on this link to find out more arrow-right12em

The Medicine garden is continuing the celebrations on Monday the 4th June starting at 4pm and culminating with the lighting of the Diamond Jubilee Beacon in Cobham Park at 10pm. The procession will leave the Medicine Garden at 9pm. For more details visit the medicine garden website

Cobham High Street has been decorated with Union Jacks to provide a patriotic feel - although they were delayed slightly, as we had to wait for replacements to replace some of them due to wear and tear.
